I had a issue with my cop kit wiring harness dropping a cylinder, I called Matt from spoolin up and told him the issue in regards to the wiring harness. He first gave me sound advise on checking out the stock wiring to help eliminate anything other than the cop wiring harness being the culprit. I checked everything out and still came to the conclusion that the wiring harness was the issue so I sent in my kit. He received the kit and with a 1 day turn around replaced the harness and hooked me up with 2 new coils. That's the fastest turn around and straight forward customer service that I've experienced with any product I've had issues with. Great job spoolin up!!

 

I've always loved Spoolin Up. He always takes care of his customers and has always emailed me super fast.
Its hard to imagine its pretty much a one man operation over there.
I'd compare Matt to Trent Reznor from NIN.

He gave me the same service when I had him re-do the wiring to fit my wire tuck, he's a stand up guy
