Anyone know if they make a GoPro license plate holder built for a Evo 8/9 (I would like one that I can mount long euro plates in for the next time I goto the Nurburgring)

This mount will only fit USDM automotive license plates. These will not fit motorcycle plates.

I don't think anything will be wrong with it but im just worried about losing a 200-400$ gopro going around the Nurburgring. Also I am trying to hide it since your not supposed to record with personal devices but everyone does

record with a camera from in-car then. a camera on the license plate is not subtle at all

also, that suction cup is damn good. even trying to get the thing off after using it I have to carefully (and semi-forcefully) jam my finger under it and work it in there. if i tried to pull it straight off I'd be scared it would pull a body panel with it. there's no way it's coming off due to the wind resistance of that tiny camera

The suction cup is very strong. I have mounted GoPros on body panels many times with success, with speeds in excess of 280kph. But I have also seen some suction cups loose adhesion while in use! The key is to find a rigid surface that is as flat as possible. I had one suction cup release its adhesion while running, because it was mounted on a slightly concave surface, luckily I had taped the suction cup to the body panel (for additional safety).
