That would be a lot of fun! I went to SC to get a supra with my buddy last year. While I didnt drive it at all, I enjoyed the ride lol.

How do you stand to sit in the seats for more than 30min haha. I guess im just getting old at 27, the seats are just terrible anymore lol.

Congrats.

That is exactly how I got mine. Needed to fly, pick it up, and drive it home 7 hours.

And, I did 8 hours of highway driving earlier this year in the morning and midday, followed up with a fast lunch and half a track day. The Seats rule!

Congratulations brah! that is definitely very shiny indeed. hope you put on a clear bra before the long drive home since TB is the easiest color to see the highway debris knicks on the front of the car! happy modding and take care of this beauty and she will return the favor

NICE find!!! I know how much enjoyment one can have during the "chase" for a new car. It took me over 2yrs to find the IX I was looking for… and low and behold, I found it in my own state!!

Very nice to see another clean, low mileage IX SE. Take care of it, and let us know your plans!

OH yeah, just in case its not obvious, or you have never done it with a previous car. The very first order of business to be done today, no matter what. Clay bar that thing. To get all contaminants off, and a good coat of wax protectant down on a perfectly cleaned surface.

Thats awesome. I bought my Evo from the same dealer, although I had mine shipped to me. I don't know how they do it, but it seems like they get clean Evos on a reg. Bought my RS from them with 14k miles. Congrats and enjoy.

I try to tell people about how clean their Evos/STIs are at that dealer. Live 2 min away and drive past every day. Never heard anything bad so far.

Poster ^ above me, I remember that RS in the front line when it was there. Mint

To answer the question of mods planned, well I plan on doing the clutch pill, gauges, tint the windows, and tune. I will be doing the 60k mile service, tune up before I get it tuned though. May find the MR bilsteins for a suspension mod, no plans on lowering it since the roads in my area suck. My goal is only about 350hp max for this car, if I want to have more power I will just build up my mustang more, I want this to be an awesome daily driver.
