What do i need to rebuilt an exedy twin clutch?

Guys question... I bought this clutch in the awd garage sale and its a Exedy/Cusco twin disc and of course bought the rebuilt kit (2 disc) but my question is... What else do i need to rebuilt the clutch? Do i need a new throw out bearing also? Thanks!

Have the flywheel resurfaced, as well as the intermediate plate and get a new pressure plate disk, you should be straight after that.

Make sure when they resurface the flywheel they also resurface the step height as well. Otherwise it will slip prematurely.

No, but I would recommend the act mono lock to prevent future wave clip failures.
