not a great place either. Man I would love to have that climate control. Esp since I would love to move the existing ones

yeah that'd be kind of cool but would only work for those who had all electronic controls, i'd like to see how'd that work with cable driven controls.

I think the car has too much room in the interior for the climate controls on the arm rest to make too much of a difference than the front panel. The only reason some cars have it on the armrest is because the car is smaller and so they want to give the driver a faster place to grab to change the dial, so... I don't think we have too much of a problem there. The evo is damned roomy.

What about the glove box . The electrical cables reach. I'm making up extended vent cables.

that is really cool to put it there in the armrest...although i wouldnt put it in the armrest..maybe on the roof, above the rearview mirror..thatll remind a bit of a 737 jet...

I think controls should be where the ashtray is, ashtray moved to where cup holders are because they suck anyways and door pockets expanded so you can drop a bottle of water in there
