I'm pretty sure the evo driver would have been at fault if there was a collision. The hyundai has the right of way doesn't it???? No jdm bumber for you anonymous evo driver (not from an insurance pay out at least).

I don't see how any decent driver would want this "feature" as it would likely slam on the brakes every time an aggressive maneuver is attempted.
