steering front knuckle

steering front knuckle

I'm trying to change my right front steering knuckle on my evo ix mr, it's already lose the only thing I wasn't able to take or or know how to take off is the brake line that is connected to the steering knuckle I know is a especial tool but I don't know whats the name of the tool!!

You have a pic? Only thing I've used to take off brake line is wrenches and pliers to pull off clips holding brake line in place

So I think is the sensor from tha abs did you know how to remove it with out braking it??

Good luck getting that bastard outta there. My driver side knuckle got bent a couple years back from a Chicago pothole so no one could get the alignment correct because of the bent knuckle. I had to swap my knuckle out myself on the driver side and I really feel like removing that sensor without damaging it is nearly impossible. The worst part is a new one is like $300 or some crazy ish. I finally got frustrated and pulled a little too hard and snapped the sensor in half. Haha luckily TAE auto in Florida sold me a used one for $60 and I threw that in the new knuckle and I was good to go. If you do happen to damage the sensor removing it again you can get one pretty cheap used from TAE. Good luck man.
