So anyone have these 2 parts and does it clear? If not, what did you have to do to make it clear?

So... I don't have either piece, but why do you suspect it wouldn't fit?

I wouldn't think the Koyo sits higher than the stock unit? Even if it did, I don't think it'd be that tricky to fab some brackets to lower it a few mils?

 

because the koyo closes the gap between itself and the frame. Also possible koyo might be a few mm taller than oem. So wasn't sure if the part that is closest to radiator on the panel would touch, making it not fit. I am not gonna order and test fit to find out. Was wondering if anyone have this combo can chime in and say yes or no.

 

Heres a tool for the aluminum panel if it doesn't fit correctly.

Don't know if it helps but I have the beatrush rad shroud with a Mishimoto rad and have had zero issues so far other only a slight rubbing.

I really don't think you'll have an issue at all. If you do, it will be so minor that some minor adjustments should get it sorted.
