Should or do I need to replace the lifters? The ticking just started today and it's driving me nuts.

You can try ITM lifters or GSC "no tick" lifters but I've gone through about 4 sets already and it always comes back. You can also attempt to bleed the lifters one by one and get them oiling properly again. Downfall to leaving them unattended is there could be a potential problem in head that they're signalling, but that seems to be rare.

Thanks for the advice. I considered the GSC lifters, but my buddy has a set and he says it's pointless because he still gets the tick. It just drives me nuts, but I guess I will have to get used to it. The ticking actually went away today. So I guess these things come and go and is normal!

I have a TurboXS piggyback ECU, and don't plan on using it. The person I bought it from got it from the original owner who was using it at one point I guess. Do people still use or buy these?

Eh you can post it on the for sale section maybe you'll get some cash. Evoscan tuning by a respectable tuner is the best bang for your buck
