A late introduction
How's it going, been on here for a while lurking and buying things. Just an introduction, in the end of May 2013 I picked up my 06 GG IX it's a rebuilt title, and only had 33,000 miles. So far, I've loved it, and have had a blast driving it. This has been one of my dream cars for a long time, and I was finally at a place where I could afford to own one, and I'm never getting rid of it!
Got a few things left to fix on it, that is more of my ocd things, but over all, for a rebuilt it's been amazing. So far modification wise, I've got an Mishimoto fmic, Waldron 255, 3" turbo back straight pipe (no o2 testing in ky), and I'm about to have fully custom intercooler piping. Been tuned, running 22 lbs and about to get retuned to see what I'm putting down. Hope to make friends on here and continue enjoying the Evo for many years to come!

Correct, unfortunately, but it's one of the things I'm planning on fixing. For the time being though, I wanted more power and to make it a little more fun to drive. So the bumper has been on the back burner, but it's about time to attack that issue. The car came with the 8 bumper on it. How the previous owner received it.

Looks sweet man, as soon as you get the correct bumper it will be very clean. I have had a few rebuilt title cars, and if you plan on keeping them its a total win. Why does it have the rebuilt title?

I don't completely know, outside of it being wrecked. The guy I got it from was I think the second or third owner of it. So he didn't really have the full story, but he was the one that actually got it back to a rebuilt title.

I think It will be too, I had to do a lot of the same things to my R1. It wasn't a "rebuilt" but I still had to do a lot of work to it. After it was all said and done, I'd do it all over again. I feel that, it seems like this car is always under the knife. Hope everything works out in your modding!
