General Introduction to the Evo X World

Hello people,

Another introduction from a new member, ive absorbed some useful information from the forum recently, im well passed the due date to sign up haha.

A bit of history for people interested.
Ive had 5 vehicles so far, my first was a Mitsubish Manga (heap of crap) but my first car so done its job. Second was a 2002 Subaru WRX (bug eye), 3rd a ford XR6 Turbo (thousands spent 500rwhp) 4th a 2013 club spec Subaru wrx, also with thousand spent (300awhp 445nm). I have left all of them behind to purchase a 2013 MY14 Evolution X with the upgrade pack (BBS rims & upgraded shocks/springs, touchscreen etc....) 5 speed manual

So far this is the best vehicle i have purchased by far, loving the feel, loving the bucket seats, generally nothing to complain about....yet anyway.

So ive already purchased 3" top intercooler piping, lower intercooler piping, short shifter kit, braided clutch line, shifter cable bushings, transmission arm bushings, shifter base bushes, and beatrush number plate bracket My plans are to upgrade turbo back exhaust , wastegate actuator, 3 port boost solenoid and air intake, hopefully net me close to 350awhp

Feel free to drop a comment, and please feel free to give me any tips that would help

Thanks for reading

Cheers,

Luke

Nice collection! congrats on the evo, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. It's a very fun car, and with those mods and a good tune, you will definitely be around 350 whp easy

The falcon was the most dangerously fun vehicle i have owned, and probably my second favourate after the evo x, as soon as it hit boost it was instant wheel spin, very fun car to drive, but cost an arm and leg after the transmission blew along with the input shaft, another $6000 on a rebuild of the 6 speed tiptronic ZF transmission and i sold her haha. But still, im glad i bought it and spent the money, it was fun while it lasted !!
