ripped soft pipe from behind brake attached to front grill

Second owner of this 2006 evo 9 MR, seems to be another after market part I must replace, not sure what it is called. There are two pipes ducking in air on both sides below my front head lights. The pipe is soft and extends to a spot being the wheel and on the back side of the brakes. I have pics not sure how to attach them....

Sounds like a air duct for cooling the brakes?

Absolutely. I was thrown off by the sound of the rip. Boost noise. It's taped now but needs to be replaced. Search Web for air duct?

That's the exact pipe. Just the pipe ripped tho. Do I need all of the kit? Looks like a simple T Clamp to brakes and zip tied to front mesh
