i beg to differ. even if a customer might be wrong, you have to keep that customer to have a successful buisness. and in that sense the customer is always right. just honor the customer that's waht i'm saying.

 

Coming from a family who owned their own business, as a business owner you eat this loss. Fix it with the customer quickly to avoid situations like this. Now how many customers has vendetta lost as opposed to just 'teeth'? After the business owner eats this loss, he has two choices. 1) proceed in the work environment as if nothing happened. 2) Get rid of the untruthfull and scamming employee so it doesn't happen again. Sounds to me like '2' has already happened. All vendetta needs to do now is fix it with the customer and business proceeds as before.

wise guy buisnessmen never make it, this is not the way to ans. to a post about your buisness. if you want to attract customers to you this wise *** remark aint gonna help.

i esspecially like the one about george w bush (another idiot) signning for the package, are you serious, thats how you ans. to a post about someone in you company recieving a package. if the person that signed for the package no longer works there thats your problem and you have to rectify it, to build customer trust.

you obviously have no clue how to run a respectable buisness or not trying hard enough. wise up, no customers=shut down.

 

It is very sad that teeth had to do this. If the vendor would have made things right in the begining, he would have another satisfied customer.

I recently ordered from Lancershop.com and they sent me the wrong stuff. No problem. They took care of it and made things right. That was not the first time I ordered something from them and it won't be the last.

A bad name spreads really quickly and can almost never be overcome. Check out Vivid on NASIOC. I would never order anything from them. I can also tell you that I won't do business with Vendetta bacause of the way they handled this situation.

 

DAMN RIGHT!!! The customer should always be right, even if he isn't some of the time. Imagine a customer that's been shopping and tunning at your shop for the past year dumping money into his car and he sees this thread. He stops coming to your shop to buy and now you can imagine how much money you're going to lose out in the next 2 - 3 years, not mentioning the potential customers you won't be seeing after this thread. You could have swolloed the $100 (your real wholesale cost) and be done with in, instead you let this whole situation get blown out of control with your "OMG OMG" remark. That's a real reputation you're going to have for your shop from now on. Just my 2 cents...
