can't wait to see how this build goes! Interested in seeing if you can achieve those numbers on a stock block and its longevity.

600 on stock block has been done before. Big enough turbo, keep the torque low, You should be good for over a year. Have fun.

Why would 600 be out. The question. Aslong as the torque is kept below 400 shouldn't there be no problem

Why even reply to the thread if this is the contribution you make? Damn.

I'm also going for 600 wheel on my stock motor. We shall see how it goes my 2.1 is already built. I have put it out there locally that my stocker is for sale, everybody low balled the crap our of me so I figured screw it if it goes then it goes.

good luck bud I'll keep you posted on my setup also. It'll be a few more weeks before she's wrapped up but not too long

If I had your money I'd throw mine out lol. For the benefit of the evo community please document everything you do in detail. Many questions arise about the stock engine and its abilities. The path you are going to take will provide a great deal of insight and entertainment all at once. In for your progress.

Yea I'll keep the thread updated as time goes on as to how the car is doing. But yea I am going to keep the tq low to give the rods as little stress as I can.
