Unhappy please help LANCER EVO 6

Hi i have problem with my evo 6 and its driving me nuts,

1.when i start the car it idles rough for a while then it goes to normal then again rough

2.the voltage on my turbo timer shows 11 volts and goes up to 11,5

3.when i try to give it gas the car stalls

4.when i connect a jumper wire on the odb port to give me any fault code the ayc and abs lamp flash instead the check engine

i took the car to install a power fc ecu and i told the guy to check this problem too, the only thing that he did was to remove the cable that goes from the altenator to the fuse box the one with the fan relay and he connected another cable from the altenator to the battery,so half of the cars electronics stoped working but the car was RUNNING fine.
When i try to connect the cable back as it was electronics work but the car stalls and all the problems come back .

Sorry for my english

It sounds as if you're running into a series of problems here, and not ONE single problem.

I'll try my best to help, but you need to give me some background information first. What happened before this started? How long has this been happening? Is your battery draining? What's the voltage across the poles of your battery and at your alternator measured with a multimeter? Have you boost leak tested and are all of your intercooler couplers in tact? Are you still running the OEM MAF?

basically one day i was driving home and when i came to a stop the car started loosing power, voltage drop on my turbo timer 11v all the lights started to go dim speedo too and the engine started stalling after a while everything was back to normal for a while.
i went to a garage to see whats the problem and they changed my altenator i
left the garage and after a while the same thing happened, so i decided to take the car for the new ecu(power fc) and the guy there said that he will fix it and as i said he disconected everything electrical.
i will check the voltage with a multimeter and boost test and come back to tell you the results

thanks

the voltage of the battery is 12.4 and when i start the car it goes to 11.8 when i turn on the lights and some other stuff in the car the voltage goes to 11.5 this is done with a multimeter

I had a similar problem on a dsm back in the day. My voltage regulator crapped out in the alternator and caused some really weird charging issues. If I tried to touch the throttle the car would stall out as well.

Might be worth taking the alternator out and having it bench tested and regulator verified.

You're replacing the ECU in hopes of fixing your electrical problems, when your car ran just fine on the OEM one?
I'm willing to bet that the alternator installed on the car was either a used one or a remanufactured one. I'm betting the issue STILL lies in the alternator, and does indeed sound like the regulator. Take it to another shop if possible.
