Radiator or Not?????

I punctured the thing in front of the radiator that looks like a radiator. Above the intercooler. It was pressurized, and when punctured hissed and spit out green liquid. I know what the radiator & intercooler are and this wasn't it.

In order to search for parts/repair I'm hoping someone can first tell me what it was that was damaged.

I realize this an incredibly stupid question but I gotta start somewhere.

Ac condenser

You'll need a new one, plenty of people remove them.

You should find one easily.

AC Condenser

Thanks. A condenser it is. Now its a question of finding the best one to replace it. ANy suggestions? Should I take the time to replace the radiator as well? They don't seem that expensive.

Look at the classified section here. I punctured my condenser when I was removing the engine but then I just completely removed the whole AC System, all the way to the Firewall :P

Do you know anything about recharging the a/c system? Not trying to be an *** but if you couldn't even identify the condenser I have to wonder. You need to pull a vacuum on the system for a while to remove the water that has entered the system after it was opened, then you need to properly fill the system to the correct pressure using manifold gauges.

Absolutely this needs to be done properly with an a/c refrigerant evacuation and refill machine but it sounds like since he just removed everything from the system that isn't his plan anyway.
