problem with my evo today and i am stumped

Sooooo took car for a test drive. Was going ok then all of the sudden car shuts off... wont restart. No blown fuses and seems to not be getting spark. What the hell could this be? Checked everything i could think of and nothing still.

Probably either a bad cam sensor or crank angle sensor. I would start with the cam sensor first

check the ignition coil fuse in the passenger fuse box

Its the crank sensor or the wiring to hte ecu. Got into the ecu and checked cas pulse while cranking and when checking the crank angle sensor it didnt move during crank. This would explain the no spark and weird fuel pump issue I have been having as the prime is controlled by my AEM and the pumps turning on is controlled by the engine sending rpm signal to the ecu.

Ok well I replaced the crank sensor and nothing..... what the hell could this be?!?

Figured it out. The sensor I got was bad. Car wasnt registering any rpm. replaced and she is running great now.
