Metal shavings right after build (1500 on build motor)

Just change my oil this past saturday before going to tune the car and this littles pieces of metal were coming out of the oil pan. Hard to believe but I'm been looking and it looks like ones of the bearings took a S@@&. Now the weird part is that i saw this the 6/7/14 while i was changing the oil to go and tune the car. Even tho i saw it i went and tune the car which make around 600hp. I still have good oil pressure 25-30 psi on idle and 70-90 psi driving it on the highway. Any idea from where i can be getting this little pieces of metal. I used on my build acl main and rods bearing. Any help will be accept it .

Are you sure the pan was clean before you drained your oil?

Yes sr last time that i changed nothing was coming out just dirty oil but this time i saw the little pieces of metal as you can see in the pic. I asked to another evo owners and couple of them told me that it is sometimes normal at the very beginning but im not sure about that, for me i shouldn't be getting any kind of metal from the oil drain plug. I will remove the pan today

Stop driving the car and pull the pan and check the bearings. That is not normal wear.

what was the reason you rebuilt the motor? spun bearing? if so, did you replace your oil cooler and hoses?

I had some flakes in my fresh build on my v6 for the first 1k miles. Mine was more of a milky metallic color or film, no chunks like what seems to be pictured though.

Pretty normal to have metal shavings in the pan after a motor rebuild. Why you usually use so so oil since after 500 miles or so you drain it and do the oil change for that very reason. Now if it continues I would say it might be an issue. But if nothing grenaded in your car that caused an issue I would say this is fairly normal.

I bought it with a bend valve and decide it to build the car since the engine was down. And yes i did changed everything since the car was stock turbo so i went with
ETS 6266 turbo kit. Is not making any sounds but definitely i will remove the oil pan tomorrow.

Yes michael everything is new i just change the oil again today and it was completely clean not a single shaving was found in the oil. Car is maintaining oil pressure perfect in idle is about 22-30 psi. I hope it wasn't a beating i may drive the car for couple of day and re- change the oil again, if anything i will remove the oil pan just to be 100% sure
