P0300 & P0300"pd"

I recently starting getting these codes after I got ACT HDSS n lightened flywheel installed...never experienced them before that. Now I know it's possible cuz flywheel but it's only happening at cruising about 75/80mph. I hear exhaust pop, A/F gauge goes from cruising reads of 14.7-15.2 to instant read of --.- and feel slight lost of power until A/F re adjust.

I wish I could just take back to shop n let them figure it out but that's 3 hrs away and work/schedule is tight right now.

Been told it could be a possible boost leak...alil help/advise would be appreciated, thanks

MODS (Evo 8)
Ets intake
Full exhaust
3.5 vrsf intercooler

Was waiting til I break clutch in to tune and put 9 turbo in. All above mods were on before clutch job and never popped a code

Common. Mitsubishis answer was 2 updated ROMS, worked for some not so much for others.

In short have your tuner disable the P0300 code routine in the ECU and never think about it again

I got the same problem. I just clear the codes. And done. I've read how to delete because I have ecu flash. And still feel nervous about it

You're transferring torque faster now and things can move. Things that weren't stressed before now share more of the burden because there's now less clutch slippage. Have a mechanic check it out. This is the reality of modding.
