Random connector under the dash....help identify this part!

car had a couple of previous owners, and I recently found this connector tucked under the dash....any idea what it maybe?
I didn't have the time to trace it, but was curious if anyone knows what it is.

looks after market. Probably a connector for a turbo timer or an alarm, maybe an anti-theft system.
