that must be some kind of tint, or film. Try peeling it off.

there is no tint or film. I suspect it gotta do something with heat. I parked the car in garage the whole time i got it until i got all the paperwork done on Monday. I drove it to work on Tuesday and when I came out I saw bubble starting to form. Then after work yesterday, the area getting bigger as in the picture. i hope i dont have to replace the windshield

it says solar tint in one of your pics. Sounds like a film to me. Glass doesn't just bubble up from heat like that.

How could you be sure it's not the tint?

The windshield has all the info on it. Call the MFG, they might have some kind of warranty on it. Alot of places have lifetime warranties on the materials from defect.
