GM 3 port and aem uego boost guage

Was wondering if anyone experience an issue with GM 3 port and aem uego boost guage. I noticed after switching from a mbc to GM 3 port my boost guage readings are showing low readings.

aem uego is a wideband gauge

If you went from MBC to a ECU controlled unit, who tuned the boost maps?
