Unhappy Oil Feed line from Head leak!! HELP!

I'm going to make this as short and detailed as possible. It began a week ago when my brother and I swapped out the evo 8 turbo and replaced with with evo 9. We kept all evo 8 lines that goes on the turbo and used it on the evo 9 swap. We made some adjustments and minor bending of the lines to make it fit to save 150 from buying the kit from map or fp. Anyways, Everything is bolted on and all hoses are nice and clamped on the turbo. Started the car and oil leaked from the oil feed line on the head only and no where else. So, we removed the banjo and oil line and found out the thread on the head was stripped and needed to get a helio coil kit for repair.

Today my buddy and I repaired the thread on the engine block side and all is well. Put the oil line and banjo with the 2 washers back on, then started the car again. And then oil is still coming out from the line (losing a good amount of oil from the leak btw). So, now I'm really stumped as of what to do with this problem.. What I noticed also was that my brother tried to "clean" the thread on the banjo with the die set and may have over threaded the bolt. I saw lacerations around the hole of the banjo from him using the die to attempt to rethread it. Do you guys think I need a new banjo bolt or could it be the oil feed line that is bad? Please help...

I'd get a new banjo to be safe. Also did u reuse the copper crush washers? You are not supposed to reuse them since they will mold differently

I just ordered a new banjo bolt. Yes I did use new washers. For some reason I can't post a picture on here. Should I get an evo 9 turbo oil feed line?

you can bend the oil line and it will work, that is what I did when i swapped my 8 turbo for a HTA71 (Evo 9 stock frame)
