Help me put a price on my low mile EVO

So its time to let go of my evo and move on. I need your help to put a price on it.

Here are the stats...

2003 tarmac black
17,460 miles... this is not a typo

evo 9 turbo
evo 9 bov
ame intake
full catless exhaust with 02 housing (nothing fancy)
hks 272 cams
spearco fmic, samco hoses and tbolt clamps
new DBA 4000 rotors
new Endless me22 front pads, n35s rear
jdm amber tail lamps

Body wise there is one blemish on the left rear bumper where someone bumped into it (before I owned the car). Only very minor chips and scratches. But very clean inside and out. Condition matches the mileage.

Never been tracked, no accidents, no rust, no issues. 100% legit car that has spent the last 7 years only been taken out on a few nice days and put back into a dehumidified garage.

Kbb says 21-22K.... What do you guys think I should list it for?

It really comes down to how fast do you want to sell the car. If you list it for 22k like it says its worth then odds are it'll probably sell in a good amount of time. If you try to jack up the price on it say to 25 or 26k cause its a low mileage Evo VIII than it might take a bit longer as people purchasing it will have to come up with the cash themselves as a bank is not likely to give a loan on a 11 year old "tuner" car. Prime example is there is a 2003 Apex Silver Evo VIII for sale in my town with 9000 original miles on it. Owner had it posted on Craigslist for $40,000. A couple weeks went by then he lowered it to 35k. Now he currently has it listed at 32k and he says he refuses to go any lower. Will he get 32k for it?! Who knows, but its hard to convince someone to buy a 11 year old car for the same price as it cost brand new of the showroom floor. So while your car may be in mint condition and low mileage it really comes down to how fast you want to sell it. Buyers always want the price lower than what you have posted. If I were you I would list it in between $24,000 and $25,000 and see what kind of attention it gets.

You could probably get 20-23k for it. I picked up my 04 bone stock with 22k on it for $20,900. The guy had it listed for $22,000.

I would wait for the right buyer and take no less than $24k for it. A low mileage evo is highly desired around these parts!

Low mileage is decent, but it's not a selling point when the car has been modded. New turbo, headwork, hopefully a tune, etc etc

I'd expect the 22k range as well

What are you putting down power wise and who tuned it?

$22-24K and with an eager 'low mileage hunting buyer' .. you could get $25K or a little more. I still see a ton of WTB: Low Mileage Evo!! CASH in Hand! It'll sell pretty quick I'm sure.
