Sucks to hear man! Glad you and your wife are okay.

You should post the picture of the damage.... it should help people grasp the damages.

Sorry to hear mate,
Not in order:
Make sure you give instructions to flat bed it everywhere
Write a list of mods you have on it and go to the repairer and discuss repairs and what they will do
Discuss with insurance company about mods and if insurance will cover if they are damaged
Don't Leave it outside waiting to get repaired
Don't keep driving it, get it booked in

you mean "Neck and Back pains" $$$ lol j/k. glad to hear you're alright and the airbags didn't go off. Hope the car pulls through. One thing I always recommend to people is take pics of the damage so when it's repaired and if it shows up on carfax, you will be able to show people what happened and that that it's not as bad as people typically think (in the event you chose to sell it also).

So sorry to hear! Glad you and your wife are ok! I was rear-ended by a drunk driver (my wife was the passenger), not in my Evo, but in my daily driver. Get a Lawyer who can map things out for you. I HIGHLY recommended a chiropractor! I was going to one way before my accident, but he has worked wonders for my wife and I. Accident happened at the beginning of the year, and I'm still going for physical therapy. My jaw was misaligned, have headaches, and our backs are still a 'little creaky'...Get yourself CHECKED OUT! Any photos to post up of your car?

From what it sounds like from your description, she is rebuildable! take lots of photos in case the are needed for a settlement, and of course for you to have. I wish you a speedy recovery, and that your car will be better than before! Hang in there!

this is going to be a tough one for you, do u know how they ruled the accident yet? if you rear end someone it is usually your fault. it sucks but insurance companies will be d!cks about claims like this.

the police reported no one at fault due to conflicting stories, insurance is pretty much saying im at fault for rear ending her, not looking too good right now

damage doesnt look too bad.
as i have seen in cases like these, you pay her, she pays the car in front. thats how insurance will do it. best of luck

It is all hear say as of this point unless someone has solid proof that the girl cut in from of you and you couldn't stop in time (this is where a dashcam is great!). Most of the time, the person in the very back is the one to be blamed for accident since it is a rear ending. I would have my lawyer fight it and you might get lucky and everyone will pay for their own accident except the guy in front (probably end up splitting the cost on that.)

you can tell from the pics that she had major damage to the front of her car, airbags deployed etc. I did not see any brake lights from her car

Feeling pretty hopeless right now, it doesnt help that I just got out of the military, moved back home, and all of this is happening now.

How long did you even have to react to her? like .1 seconds?
