Timing problem with my vr4 galant.

92 vr4 galant
So this is my problem I blow some valves had them replace then set back the timing
New timing belt and other drive belts
New head gasket
New belt tensor
Rebuilt head all over new lifters and valves
The problem I am having is when the timing of the car is set correctly. When ever I drive the car it turns off and It won't start it again Bc the timing is off??
What could be causing this problem?
Timing keeps coming off, any advise would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Did you set the tension on the timing belt correctly?
