I just use a cheap hand pump.

 

i still use the handpump for whatever, just don't screw it on there. the pump came with various length extensions

 

i dunno. the quarts i got had such a small neck that no pumps i could find fit. i always knock stuff over so i dont wanna do it with it unscrewed.

 

the small hand pumps I find at O'reilys/ autozone fit perfect and even thread in. They are like $6 a piece. I have a couple of them. each specifically only for transmission or tc and rear diff.

 

speaking of, i left the metal can out in heavy rain with the hard-to-pry cap still ON - chance that there's water in it? any way i can tell?
