Evo V and VIII front O2 sensor differences

Evo V and VIII front O2 sensor differences
I am currently on the hunt for an 02 sensor for my V and I need to know if the VIII front 02 sensor is different. Looking at getting a universal 4 wire one as I know the loom length is different.
Will it bolt in place of my standard evo V one and feed the correct information to the Ecu?
