Get a IX. I've had both and i prefer the IX.

Looks better, better seats and is more valuable.

Agreed.

However, they are more expensive and this would not be a DD.

A couple reasons why I would like an 8
1. They are cheaper.
2. Actually, I think that is the only reason why I would choose the 8 over the 9.

Yeah..

So another option that was crossing my brain was to keep them both for like a month or two.. then decide which one to keep..

Pay for T.T.L for a car ~19k to only keep it for a couple months? I guess if you're ballin like that.

I'd only keep s X if I wanted comfortable car to DD.

You bought a separate DD; so I see no reason not to get a clean 8/9. It's a COMPLETELY different car though. If the X is your definition of an Evo, you aren't buying another Evo when you get a CT9A

Evo 8/9>evo X. Period. Some noobs consider it an upgrade just because it's a new generation evo lol the x doesnt even look like an evo. Makes a good daily tho

The X is my definition of perfect DD. Currently with 400+ on the stock clutch....
BUT. its not my DD.

Started looking at 9s now.
