I must be super lucky then. Because the car has sounded like this from when I picked up the car. Ive had the car since June 2013.....I've have put 23psi of boost to redline plenty of times. No leaks. Compression was good across the board. And the only mechanical issues I really had was the questionable rebuilt transmission and throttle body shaft seals.

So I was working on my car again. And notices that the crank mark seems to be slightly off maybe like half a tooth or so, but the exhaust gear was slightly off and of course my intake gear was off. Is this okay? I'm going to have to wait to do this. I need to somehow pull the motor. And I don't have anything to pull the motor out. All that's holding the motor is that one motor mount and 3 jacks and jack stands. I can not get the crank pulley off. So I'm calling it in.

I think I'm about to place my order in for my twin exedy here soon.

You dont need to pull the motor to do this. The crank pulley can be tough to get off. I have had good luck with impacts. If you dont have an impact and have to use a breaker bar, removing the starter and putting a pry bar in the teeth of the flywheel to keep it from spinning will work too.

I don't plan on it. As it doesn't seem necessary...as I'm only loosening tension and just adjusting the timing marks to the valve cover. The crank mark is spot on and is confirmed TDC.

Well if the crank mark is spot on then there is no need. Good thing you verified that.
