Darned low miles and if it's in good shape you aren't going to get them to take a lot less. I've seen some on here go for close to that price. Then again you can offer them less. All they can do is say no.

Check it out mechanically and if it's good go for it.

It's about 2-4k too high. With that being said someone will buy it for that price regardless. I've over paid on both of my evos but it was exactly what I was looking for so It didn't bother me as much as it would others

I think you are doing crazy mistake if you about to take 30K loan.they will give you money but they will destroy you on apr.bro if you need that much money what you gonna do if tranny or transfer case takes a dump?find decent evo with 100K miles for around 13K and learn the car, save some cash for maintenance.dont just jump on overpriced car.

With cars like Evos, I'd rather pay over market price and get an absolutely clean dead mint example than bargain hunt. Once you see the repair bills, you'll understand.

That said, 1) I am not sure a bank will be too jazzed about lending you close to $30 K for a ten year old car. I may be wrong. 2) I would not buy any Evo unless I had some funds set aside for maintenance.

Agree.

OP, I just picked up my first EVO IX MR with some mods and 27K on the clock for $29k. Car is mint and I feel it's a fair price for a relatively low mileage well maintained car. With good credit, bank approved me for a $25k loan despite the fact the car is nearly 10 years old.

I paid 30 k for an 06 evo rs with 1500 miles stock, also a couple months ago there was another evo here for sale 06 RS 9 second car with 2000 original miles for 35k if I could do it again I would spend the 35k on the built evo but 27k for a car with 47,000 miles is too high

Guys never had think about i just saw on the comments but i was thinking if i buy an evo with low miles will last me longer than a car with higj miles like 80k miles and up . Thats why i was thinking putting down 30k $ and i was gona spend that much money for my dream car it wouldnt care to much bc i have my car that i wanted but like egis ^^ said on his comment to learn the car and have extra cash aside for any problems thats true. Mrowka ^^ i thought it was just buying a evo it was just like buying any car but i see its not so now u guys put me to think about changing how much $$$ il spend. And like i said i wanted a low mile car for longer life and will have no problems. Sorry their so many question i have its just that i dnt want to buy a car that will start to break on me n here starts if i have extra money to spare ,like u guys told me. Thank guys totaly changed my spend price in thats good knowing what i just read

The problem is that everyone who wants one says the same thing... Evo IX, stock or stock-ish, low miles, but for some lowball price. Lots of demand + shrinking supply = stable, if not increasing, selling price.

If you want one, be prepared to spend well into the $20k range. Otherwise, you're going to have to give up one or two of those subjectivities. It's the way the market works -- look at what mint ITRs or Supras go for the days.
