Trying to find an old owner

Not quite for sure how often this happens or if it will even work but I'm trying to get in contact with the previous owner, here goes nothing. So I bought an Evo VIII not too long ago from a Chevy dealership in Jacksonville, FL. It's a blue 2005 had around 66k miles on it. I was out of town for a few days so I let my buddy drive my car while his was in the shop and he actually was at a light and a guy was talking to him about the car and said he was the previous owner but my buddy didnt get his damn number. My friend said the guy was driving either a new or newer Silverado.

Some things about it-
Stock wheels
Carbon fiber wing (slightly faded)
Carbon fiber wrapped side skirts and around the back bumber
Pretty sure full Greddy exhaust minus exhaust manifold
Badgeless besides the front badge
HID's
No fogs (they might be blocked out not quite for sure)
Tinted windows
Friend said it has lowering springs on it but its sitting around stock height I think
Front mount
Air oil separator
Evo 9 turbo (previous owner said)
Not stock clutch my friend thinks its a six puck but not quite for sure
2 gauges - Boost gauge/boost controller and air/fuel
Greddy turbo timer
Greddy shift knob
Viper alarm system

I might be missing a couple of things but that is the majority of it. If anyone knows or thinks they know of the old owner anything would be appreciated. I'm just trying to get ahold of him and see what all has been done to it and also see what needs to be done to it. I'm in the Navy and I'm currently floating around off the coast of Florida so the internet isn't all that great but I will try and reply and soon as possible. Thanks!

It maybe hard, as folks who sell these cars move on and leave the community, so he may not even be lurking there anymore.

I actually never heard of the Evo forums on facebook but I checked it out and tried getting added to it but we will see what happens. I'v also thought about it being kind of weird lol. But at the same time I feel like it's the only way to get reliable information considering the guy my friend said he seen told my friend he was the one who built it. But thanks everyone!
