LED gauge cluster bulbs?

Hows it going guys, wondering if you guys know what bulb size/base I can use from superbrightled to replace all the stock bulbs on cluster. My bros gauge cluster is lit up only on one side and even then the brightness sucks. Any advice on what bulbs to buy. Rly appreciate any help. I did search but could not find a straight answer. Most were old threads with info of stock bulbs. Thanks

So stick with the stock replacement right. Wasn't aware of the hot spotting if LEDs are being used. Saw other threads of people using leds but guess they were done a different way.

Yes I believe there are there ways and places for LEDs - just not for the cluster retrofit. Why would anyone want brighter cluster lights? Do you want to show the car behind you your RPM? Driving with bright, piercing lights in-your-face cluster doesn't sound smart to me.

I feel like my gauge cluster is somewhat dim, don't think I have any electrical issues though. Could I just need new bulbs?

Evo gauge cluster Lighting has always been dim, even on high setting. One thing I disliked about my evo when I had it. I do love how the cluster on my sti looks.

I remember Switching out the cluster faces awhile back on my bros car. I think it was the Trustz racing kit, looks like the one couple post down on bottom thread.

Although this is kind of off topic, LED's would look great on the HVAC system! Look it up on google, pretty cool but it's something I don't have time for in modding. Probably the last thing I'm going to do with the car.

I put red led bulb once before and like everyone says there was hot spot and it was more like pinkish color. Put stock bulb right back.

Why not just pull the rubber off of the stock bulbs?

Yeah Im just going to buy some stock bulbs for my bro. Anyone know a good place to buy them other than the stealership? Seen most go for $4 each.

edit. Am I ok in saying that all the bulbs in back of the cluster are the same size wedge? Just different color cap, no?

Think the bulbs your looking for are :MR444536 and MR444537

These two numbers will pretty much cover your gauge cluster...I just don't dig the price of $4 bucks a piece for a bulb..
