Whats the highest HP stock block 4g63?

I've been trying to find what the highest HP stock block 4g63 is just out of curiosity.

I saw that a stock block F20C from an S2000 did 823whp recently.

Has a stock 4g63 gone past that?

Interesting question. I'm also interested in how you got mid 11s according to your signature. New to the 4G63, had to sadly sell my Evo X a few months ago.

Just to clarify for myself - by stock block you mean just the block or internals also?

Yeah I'm talking about fully stock bottom end. Like all original internals. And yeah I know STM did a 9.4 and that car was making a little over 500 if I remember correctly. I saw that JMS did a 715whp Evo. Is that still the record? That was a while ago now.

And with mentioned level of power you are running stock engine?

I am asking as I am currently running near 330 whp range on stock rs engine with bolt ons - and do not feel confident in pushing it hard for some unknown internal reason in my brain.

Stock Evo motor is reliable at 450whp/400wtq

450wtq is where things get dicey, and this usually comes around 500-550whp depending on how you're tuned and the rest of the mods

I'd run 450whp all day and not worry about it. I am not worried at all at 350whp/320wtq. I take care of the car and have no doubts that she will ever fail me at my current power levels
