Does anyone have NGK Power Cables on their 8 or 9?

As the title states...
I got a new set from Japan, off eBay with part number 08M and they don't fit onto the coil properly. They're too loose and slide right off. Then I notice the box says for Evo 4,5,6 and not the CT9A. Ughh.
There's another part number 34M that is advertised for Evo 9, CT9A and I wonder if that is the ticket. Are there differences between Evo 8 and 9 plug wires and or coils? I have an 04 RS.

Where are you finding part numbers? On the NGK site I can't find any part numbers for the wires.

I've served their site as well but it only mentions the cables and gives a description, no part numbers...I've only seen part numbers listed by vendors unfortunately and seen pictures of the product boxes. I have 08M, and there is a 34M for Evo IXs.

The vendors all seem to show the 08M for all Evos, 4-8...and the 34M for Evo IX. My box for 08M definitely does not list CT9A on the application list, only CP9A and CN9A.

Here's an attachment of the box...no CT9A listed anywhere. Mainly just wondering if anyone is using or has used these wires and which model number they had.
