safety related recall - headlight switch

did you guys in the states get this recall for evo 9s?

I just got it in the mail, related to a circuit board that could crack. I hate wasting time getting this seen to my a dealer. Does anyone know if it is critical to get done?

Its been going around for a while now. If i remember correctly the recall was only on the ADM and JDM 8/9 models. I would get it done before it brakes.
