Evo IX dies when coming to a stop

I recently bought an 06 evo ix. For the first two weeks I had the car it drove fine, but this past weekend when I drove it the car would die when I would come to complete stops or hold the clutch down enough for the rpms to drop. I've been doing some research and people saying numerous things: bad throw out bearing, boost leak, crank walk, iacv, etc.

Mods that I know of are Megan dp, buschur exhaust, ams upper n lower intercooler piping, intercooler (not sure of brand), fic injectors (not sure of size), and a tial bov.
I thought it was a boost leak bc the car won't go past 12 psi and in boost it runs rich (10:0 afr). I tightened all the clamps n bov and still having the same problems. I've also noticed the map sensor is not connected. Anyone have this problem before? TIA

Learn to test for boost leak first. Then do from there.

Could also be a gummed up throttle body. Try cleaning it.

Is your bov recirculated or vented to atmosphere?
