I am thinking of replacing my old touch screen head unit that came with my car and going back to the original unit. There are a few out there second hand but I am now thinking I won't be able to install an original unit unless I have the security code, would that be right? Are there ways to reset the code?

No security code, it will work plug and play.

 

ya its a plug and play unit. 2 harness design.. pretty straight foward!! good luck
