Replaced TB shaft seals more than once?

Curious, replaced TB shaft seals may 60-70k miles ago as the stock ones leaked. Test at install and no leaks alls well. Recently noticed a difference in idle and started looking for the issue and the Throttle shafts are leaking again. Running 26psi. Not complaining--just want to know if this is common. Lets just say I used the best seals available as I am not pointing fingers and thinking this is going to be a normal maint issue over time.. Thoughts? Others done this job more than once over time?

Here's an upgrade over the factory ones that usually leak right off of the showroom floor.

I've used them before and they're great, no leaks on my old FP Red setup at 26psi.
