Help my Radiator is blown ? :/

i was driving to the market and just as i was parking i saw smoke comming from the engine white at first i thought it was my tires but now i poped the hood and there was liquid everywere around the air intake and raidiator so i turn the car back on to locate where i got this huge leak and finally i see that its actually ccomming out of the raidiator middle and on the top but nothing has riped apart or anything its just comming out from the radiator and the fan is throwing it all on to the engine is it blown or is this normal for it too leak like that / please help me someone ( I just Got The evo 7 a week ago and im already dealing with all this problems can somone help me to this problem im having thank you !

No that is not normal. The bit of smoke you saw was coolant being sprayed on to hot parts.
Time for an upgrade. Mishimoto would be my choice, or a koyo.

yeah, just get a new one and do your thermostat while you are there. just get the oem thermostat.

I asked the question here: how long does the OEM radiator last? The consensus - about 100K miles.

Great info to know, mine just ticked 7k right over that. I will def. replace mines soon.

I'm guessing his split or cracked by the upper or side rubber panels.

Guys i found a guy that fixed my radiator by making it alaminum ontop save my self 600 of my moneys

Well, okay, but a new radiator identical to OEM can be had for $200.95.

Why would you fix the stock radiator? ...
Mishimoto has a lifetime warranty, that alone would make me want to buy a radiator.

the probable reason your radiator leaked is because of your radiator cap. If you replaced it with a high pressure cap then that is the reason.

He is not here in the US so that might be the reason he just had it fixed.

(yes andrew i dont live in the us ) guys i dont live in fancy countrys that have everything if i buy parts i have to have them shipped i dont think the warranty will be affective if im in another country / island so us by the other end have to try our best to fix it till we have to ship it
