I already told you how to check pressure. Its not hard. Your base should be at 43psi with vacuum line disconnected. Yours will most likely be a bit higher with the double pumper. So as close to 43 as you can get it should be good. Hook up your boost leak tester and charge the system. I allays do over my target boost to be sure so I do up to 35 psi. Activate your fuel pump either by evoscan actuators or just hotwire it with 12V from your battery. Your fuel pressure should raise at a 1:1 ratio
so at 20 psi of boost from your tester you should have 63psi of FP on your gauge and 30psi of boost your fuel pressure should be 73 psi.


I really hope you are not running both pumps off the factory wiring. That could be a big part of this also.

If should be easy to tell if you have an issue.

 

My base is around 40 psi or so. but when I am driving it wont even boost.

 

Just out of curiosity, did you ever get this solved? Similar issue. Not to resurrect an old thread, but running out of options. What was the fix if you don't mind me asking?
