Gauge CLUSTER circuit board fried

So the lights in my gauge cluster slowely failed and flicker every now and then. I figured it was the bulbs, so i bought new ones, and when i went to install them... I noticed there were black burn spots on the circuit board.

My question to all:

Can I just swap circuit boards from a junk cluster? Will my ODO still read the same mileage? If not, is there anyway to get the ODO on a new cluster to match the ODO on the old one?

I just wanna see my gauges at night

PS: where can i find a replacement circuit board and or cluster. Any aftermarket options?

If you buy another cluster used, it will show the mileage already in it.

If you want a cluster that shows your milage, you will likely need to goto a shop, that has a vender that sells clusters. They will program in your mileage for your car/ vin number and **** it to that shop.
(This is how it's been done at every dealership I've worked at)
It will cost much more to do it this way.

Post a picture of the burned board and hopefully I can tell you what's wrong just by looking at picture. I'm a 2M solder tech so it could be something fairly simple but looks complicated to the untrained eye.
