Should I just throw my stock parts away?

I would keep them or sell locally. I had a hard time locating stock evo parts when I first got mine.

You never know if one day, you want to trade your car in, they most likely will want it as stock as possible.

Sell the IC and stock injectors and toss the others in the trash. I sold my OEM IC to a guy that was boosting a car and making custom IC piping so only needed the core. The injectors you could easily sell to a DSM guy. All the other parts would not sell very easily and if they did you would not get much money at all.

I sold all of those parts for beer money. Price them super cheap and someone will grab them.

Keep Em for when you sell that evo.... do you know how many die hard "I will NEVER sell my evo" ended up selling them and trying to source OEM parts to sell it more stock and sell the aftermarket parts but couldn't

i gave away the exhaust and tossed the other stuff. mainly cause i was moving across the country and could only fit everything i was taking in the evo itself.

If you have a place to store them, it definitely doesn't hurt to store them- JUST in case.
If you don't have a garage (ie. live in a city and garage/storage is limited)
sell it.
But don't throw it away-
