Bad Crank Angle Sensor???

Hey guys,
I recently took my car to a local shop because of a CEL. I knew the code(P0106), but wanted them to fix it. They gave me a call and said that the code was actually caused by a different code. Which happened to be for the crank sensor. Car still runs decent, besides the fact it wants to stall when I take it out of gear. I am doing a timing belt change, should I replace the crank sensor while I'm there. Any ideas guys.???

P0106 is a Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) circuit range/performance problem. The MAP sensor is on the intake manifold. It is either malfunctioning or you may have have replaced it with a non-stock sensor - common practice if you are increasing the boost or want to use electronic boost control. Nothing to do with the crank sensor (CAS).

I've tested the MAP sensor and it tested fine. Correct voltage and resistance reading. Checked all cabling off the MAP for continuity. All tested fine.
