ACD pump shield

Been looking around, but all I can find are ways to relocate the acd pump or remove it completely for the Evo 9. Does anyone know where to buy a cover that will shield the ACD pump from the elements? Or at least a way to craft a cover to shield it, but not look so tacky from the bumper.

Relocating the ACD pump to the trunk is way better than making a shield.

Corrosion happens even in gentle climates due to moisture and humidity. The only way to prevent it is to put it in the trunk.

There have been a couple threads where people relocated the pump. Simply put the hard part is finding fittings that fit into the transfercase and acd pump ports.

The ACD line is just one line that goes from the pump around the underside of the engine bay and into the transfercase. When moving the pump to the trunk try to find a secure location that wont hit any obstacles. Brackets might need to be made. Then route a stainless steel line or hard line from the pump to the transfercase. Also the electrical connector for the pump will need to be extended.

There are probably some things I forgot about the process.

Thanks for the replies. That's what I figured was there isn't a shield. For me, I'd rather have a shield vs relocating the pump. I don't live in a very humid location and just concerned about the salt corroding away the pump if not washed frequently.
