Do I have to buy Monoloc? Help!

I want to buy ACT ME2-HDSS but I want to know if I have to buy the Monoloc part or if this already have some sort of monoloc.

it says right on the page:

"note: includes monoloc".

TOB will be included also but I recommend to use stock one unless you drive it nice and easy. When I race after certain amount of time it starts making noise.
