Found a fix for the B-Pillar Creaking noise!
Spray some White Lithium Grease on the door latch. You can get them from any auto store. There was a post about using WD40 however WD40 is corrosive for plastic and rubber. Furthermore it is a penetrating lubricant so that is why I used white lithium grease, it is made for lubricating door latches.
