Im about to install an HKS down pipe which I believe has 2.75" in diameter and match it with an apexi dp back 3" system.

any inputs with this setup?
gains?
is it ok even if the down pipe only has 2.75"?

I need an advice asap since I might install these this week. I don't want to buy and install and re do it again.

Should be fine, it's going from smaller to bigger which is ok. It's when you go bigger to smaller that causes issues.

I would say that, unless you are digging into your bottom (pistons and rods) then the 2.75 should be fine. If you factor in other things, like condition and cost, you could probably make a case for the 3". This is probably debatable but going bigger isn't going to hurt you much and gives you more ceiling for modification later.

does anyone knows how much these costs now? just for comparison since my friend is selling his used hks dp for like 215usd if I convert it from Philippine peso.
