So this is the deal. I ordered a set of wheels over a month ago and was promised they had been ready to ship. A week later with no tracking still so I emailed them they said they did not have the correct offset but would send me free spacers with the wheels they do have. Now a month has gone by and no emails & they will not answer the phone has anyone else had any issues with Wheel dude? I know people have ordered from them before but damn this is rediculous.

 

just by googling and previewing a few other forums and websites.. It looks like Dan left and the Customer Service side of things have taking a dive. That's my guess. Not a good way to run a business.

 

free spacers are NOT a substitute for the wrong offset.

get your money back and take it elsewhere
