Tracking Evo 4 - Sump baffle
Tracking Evo 4 - Sump baffle
Looking to take my Evo 4 on the track and am worried about oil starvation. What is the oil pick up like on a factory Evo 4. Do i need a sump baffle?
Cheers

The factory sump does have a simple baffle setup in it.
But depending on the circuit you probably won't have to do anything.
I did many track days at Taupo and Pukekohe. Took 6 years of using the car before I had an engine issue.
However Hampton Downs is known as an evo killer because of the long high speed right hand sweeper.
What tyres will you be running? And at what track?
